Privacy Policy

Mammoth Agency (“Mammoth”, “we”, “us”) is a sole trader business based in Sydney, New South Wales. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Booking details. When you book a call, our booking provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, the time you chose and anything you add in the booking form.
• Emails and messages. If you email us, we keep your message, your contact details and our reply.
• Website usage. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We don’t currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your information to arrange and hold the call you booked, reply to your messages, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep the website secure. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Where it’s stored

Your information is held by the services we use to run the business: Cal.com (bookings), our email provider and Vercel (website hosting). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices and only give them what they need.

Client work

When we set up Mammoth Memory for a client, it lives in the client’s own company cloud, under their control. We don’t keep a copy. Delegate personal data stays in the client’s registration platform and never goes into Mammoth Memory. Each project is covered by its own agreement with the client.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to talk with you and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email harrison@mammothagency.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first and we’ll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We’ll update this page if anything changes, for example if we start using analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
